  2. 1) How do you spend: cash, debit or credit?

No credit card for me. I use my debit on occasion, but mostly I use cash.

    2) Do you bank online? How about use a financial aggregator?

I do online banking with Bank of America. I use Quicken to aggregate all my accounts.

    3) What recurring bills do you have set on autopay?

I use the bill pay function with Bank of America to set up recurring automatic payments. I use it for giving (same organization each payday), sinking funds (car insurance, christmas fund, travel fund, life insurance), rent, cable/internet, tuition, organization dues.

    4) How are your finances automated?

All automatic payments are done through bill pay, because I am not a fan of auto debit. Bills due between the 1st & 14th are paid on the 1st and those due between the 15th & last day of the month are paid on the 15th. Yes, some bills get paid early. I have had some due dates moved up so that I don’t have to keep up with too many due dates.

    5) Do you write checks? If so, how often?

I use bill pay to send checks to anyone that I owe money to, even if it is a friend. I write paper checks to my car and student loans when i make prinipal only payments. When I am debt free I do not plan on writing checks often.

    6) Where do you stash your short-term savings?

    ING
