Goals for February 22nd, 2009
Here are my goals for this week. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
1. Change my morning routine. I truly believe that the first hour of the day is the most important hour of the day. I need to spend this time much more wisely. This routine will include preparing my food and doing dishes.
2. Exercise Five Times. I’ve been exercising once or twice or week, but I truly need to bump this one up a notch. For me, the best benefit of exercise is how it clears my head.
3. Tithe. I feel like February has been a bit tight, but I know that this is the right thing to do.
Gratitude: I am so grateful that I have been eating out so much less in the past week and a half. I’ve felt better about myself, my health, and made the best-tasting omlet I’ve ever had this morning.
I tithed and it felt great. I also created a new morning routine for myself. The exercise situation was better this week.
